Cognitive Fog Support Group

Cognitive fog describes a condition where we struggle with memory, processing information, difficulty with tasks. It can happen due to illness, injury, chemoradiation treatment, aging, Alzheimer’s, other kinds of dementia, or neurological and vascular issues.

Struggles in this way impact people’s self-esteem, mood, motivation, and relationship with others. 

This group will focus on improving cognitive skills, talking through stressors, tools, and education to do better, get better, and to adapt. 

No requirement to attend, except you are struggling with cognition are looking for tools. 

The group will be from 1:30-3:30 pm every other Saturday.

For this group please have yourself or your caregiver RSVP by emailing Dr.Roy@aimnatural.com so we know how many people to prepare for.

We can do this group in person instead of Zoom, we will gage interest and need and then plan it according to your needs.
