All our doctors hold doctoral degrees in naturopathic medicine from nationally accredited natural medical programs; they train in residency following; and are nationally boarded in naturopathic oncology. Our doctors are NOT medical doctors. Our doctors maintain a naturopathic medical license in states that license naturopaths as primary care doctors. In those states our docs prescribe drugs and natural therapy. In Michigan, there is no license for naturopathic medicine, anyone can call themselves a naturopath. In Michigan, our docs function as highly skilled, sub-specialized naturopaths, who advise oncology and act as expert consultants to your medical team and you, in what they are skilled at: bridging the evidence-informed gap, between conventional medicine and natural therapy and nutrition, in a cancer population, to bring the highest level of care to cancer patients and their families.
