Looking for a Front Desk Manager who can move into a Practice Management position.

SKILLS we are looking for:

•             Proficient in using a mac, IPAD and iPhone

•             Proficient in using Google business services: email, calendar function, drive storage

•             Competent in Excel, MS Word & Zoom

•             Preferred experience in using Telehealth, Square, Squarespace & Facebook applications

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•             Manage daily operations

o             Open and Set up Office

o             Schedule and Coordinate Patients

o             Schedule and Coordinate Clinicians

o             Manage Patient Electronic Medical Records

o             Record and Update Patients’ personal and financial information

o             Communicate referrals with clinicians in house and off site

o             Charge and Invoice all Patients for services and goods

o             Communicate with Patients with high level needs

o             Do outreach through letters and educational materials with other clinicians

o             Recruit for, schedule, promote and manage speaking opportunities.

o             Manage staffing issues: timesheets, training, compliance

o             Audit Calendar monthly for profitability and collections

o             Post on social media for all events 4-5 times a week

o             Send out email blasts on practice issues and education

o             Coordinate and take notes for Team Meetings; Journal Club; Clinical collab

·                 Staff Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

No experience in cancer required but must have 4+ years in administrative capacity.

Associates degree preferred but experience can replace education.

Proven customer service skills

 

We are looking for someone who can make a long-term commitment of five years or longer.
